To familiarize the customer with the tools and processes MainEdge utilizes to deploy and operate AMPM on the infrastructure.
To discover and learn about areas within the infrastructure that may need attention, and if necessary, make recommendations to improve or automate processes, components and procedures that may realize cost savings and further streamline the infrastructure operations.
